We offer the unique guarantee that all our meat comes from our own farm. Using the best of British breeds like 100% Hereford or Angus cattle and Suffolk ewes we give you peace of mind with full traceability and low CO2 footprint. We use traditional methods to prepare our meat: beef is hung for 28 days for perfect taste and texture, bacon & gammon is dry cured to prevent watery residues. Our animals are high welfare raised on natural feed, grazed on stafforshire fields.
