Locavore is a Community Interest Company based in the south side of Glasgow which exists to take forward projects and initiatives which contribute to the creation of sustainable local food economies. This is our shop where we sell a wide range of local, organic and sustainably sourced foods including fresh produced, cheeses, meats, dry good, dairy, preserves, deli items and environmentally friendly cleaning and health and beauty products. We also run a veg bag scheme which delivers bags of local and organic vegetables across Glasgow in a choice of sizes. As we're a social enterprise all our profits go back into our projects which vary from creating community gardens to working to improve the local food supply chain in west central Scotland.
