Went to the Farm Shop specifically to buy Dexter Steaks. The 2 guys in the shoo had exceptional knowledge of beef cattle, great customer service and clearly passionate about their products. I have to say the Dexter Rumo steaks were overwhelmingly brilliant. I would say the best you could buy. Sensibly priced too. Thank you so much. I will he back to try the Hereford as a comparison.

We produce our own Dexter beef and Herdwick lamb sold through the farm shop and local restaurants. We are also sourcing other meats from local farmers, our pork comes from the Allen's in South Creake. Our shop also has lots of local products including preserves, Leigh's Bees honey, seasonal veg, and local seasonal fruit and any produce we can source from local people. We also sell seasonal venison.
We have flour from Letheringsett Water Mill, near Holt, who use local grain.
