Leave a reviewThis is indeed an outstanding butcher. The dry cure bacon is superb and can be sliced to the thickness you require. They sell Packington pork, which to my mind is exceptional, but you do have to know they sell it and then ask for it as it doesn't often appear on the counter. I feel very lucky to have this excellent butcher on my doorstep!
