Arriving in London in the early 60's my Gran didn't have all the fresh spices she was used to so she had to adapt her Tarka (base sauce) with whatever she could get her hands on. Growing up in a house of foodies my dad was bound to get the foodie traits as do I.
Over the years my dad perfected the Tarka and Stuffed by S&S was born!
Tarka aka Punjabi base sauce- Our pre-made Tarka saves hours in the kitchen and brings the true tastes of North India straight to your home.
