You actually make it seem so easy with your psttenraeion but I find this matter to be actually something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I̢Cleriton - 11 August 2013

We were absolutely delighted with the taste and smell of the delicious smoked sea salt we have tried but I find the spiced one has too much curry flavour for my liking. I would like to be able to buy more than 100g of the smoked one but do not want 1kg. An inbetween size would suit better. Wonderful product!!!sally twyman - 29 April 2011
Born of a shared love for the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, David and Alison Lea-Wilson set up Halen Môn in 1997 to resurrect the island’s 18th century craft of sea salt making. Today, Halen Môn continues to be a family run business. Their pure, white sea salt crystals and blends are sold across the globe and served in some of the world's finest restaurants. Halen Môn has been enjoyed by princes, presidents and pole vaulters alike and in 2014, they were awarded Protected Destination of Origin status (PDO) putting Halen Mon in the same company as Champagne and Parma Ham.
