Fabulous for weddings, birthdays, festivals, christenings, engagements, anniversaries, street food, corporate events.
The hog is cooked to perfection and served in freshly baked baps along with the most amazing crunchy crackling, home made applesauce, stuffing and coleslaw.
The Texas Brisket and Memphis Ribs are a favourite BBQ option, as are the home made burgers, pulled pork and chicken wings.
