One thing I really miss about England is the sausages we always bought at Challis Butchers. Staff were always pleasant and friendly the 5 years we lived in Leiston. They were kind enough to give me the sausage recipe before we came back to the USA, unfortunately I have lost the recipe. I have never found a sausage here that compares to Challis's.
