Having grown up with the taste of my grandmother's and mother's home made ginger beer, I can only say this is a very poor imitation of the real thing. 'Lightly Carbonated' they say...Flat as ditchwater in my view. Thin in taste with a chemical theme and only the merest hint of ginger. An expensive lesson that a fancy bottle does not make for a pleasant drink... Medieval Brewhouse? More like the product of a 21st century something-elsehouse. Avoid!
