Pies are our business. At The Wissage Bakehouse we pride ourselves on producing a range of handmade pork pies, hot eating meat pies, delicious savouries and succulent sausage rolls all filled with quality ingredients and the tastiest cuts of meats.
Based at Little Aston Farm, just two miles from Stafford, we are a small rural business and have developed our artisan pork pies to offer a range of flavours in various sizes, featuring our own hot water crust pastry.
All our products are hand filled then crimped, baked to order and delivered fresh so that you can enjoy them at their very best. Our new online shop makes purchasing quality products easy with free local delivery within 25 miles radius of Stafford or local collection available. Delivery days are Tuesdays and Fridays, please specify at checkout.
