Helen Browning has farmed organically since 1986, on a particularly beautiful stretch of the Wiltshire countryside in and around Bishopstone, near Swindon. Helen’s is best know for her organic meat products. This year we have also reformulated our bacon to remove the nitrates and nitrite salts from the curing process. The result a bacon cured with just salt and sugar and flavoured with organic lemon and carob. Perfect for any occasion.
Adding to the meat portfolio Helen Browning's has also stepped into the world of drinks launching an Organic Gin with Sea Buckthorn and Pear and the first in the new range of Sylvan Spirits - an organic blackcurrant spirit ideal for sipping or cocktail making. Our gin has won 5 industry awards in its first year including a Great Taste Award, a Silver Medal at the World Gin Awards and the best new drink at the Natural and Organic products award. Not a bad haul for its first year on the shelves!
