Tasted the Black truffle chicken liver parfait at the Essex fine food festival today. Wow, best thing at the event. A perfect balance of flavours and silky smooth texture made by lovely people. Thanks, won't be much left by tomorrow.

Wow I bought the Chicken liver with Black Truffle oil parfait at the Harleston Farmer's Market on Saturday. It was amazing, delicious and melt in your mouth, the best parfait ever. It had all been eaten the following day! Yum yum!

Amazing pates but the Chicken Liver Parfait and port and bacon pate in tubs are worth crossing the country for. Fantastic! A lovely small, caring company.

The terrines (I tried two, Rustic Pork and the Redwine garlic and herbs), were delicious. Sent me back to the south of France on a summer's day. Great flavour and the substance was just right. Yum!
