I have been buying flour from Fosters Mill for myself and a number of baking friends for several years now and have found it to always be of the highest quality. In addition, the miller Jon is unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable. I recemmend unreservedly.

Leave a reviewAmazing results! The white flour has an unique texture to it compared to anything I have used previously. This produces a superior strength dough with a rich deep flavour. I will not use any other flour from now on. Can't say any better than that!
