Just wanted to say a big thanks - we have received the new oil and are so thrilled with our order. It arrived so quickly and even though the delivery arrived early in the morning we immediately tasted a tablespoon (like a spoonful of medicine). Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is as pure and unadulterated as it gets - simply crushed olives from our family farm in Messinia, Greece. The process is as simple as it has always been - we collect the olives by hand and squeeze them the same day. No heat or chemical is used in the extraction, and the juice of the squashed olives is entirely first pressing.
