Hi John and all at Holmes Farm, We got our first Christmas turkey from you this year and would just like to say thank you for a wonderful bird, It was very nice textured and tasting, we had 7 family members at our house for Christmas dinner and everyone commented on how they enjoyed the turkey and asked where we got it from.
