Artisan Curing & Smoking at Home was informative, practical and FUN!

It was an absolute pleasure to meet you and your family the other night. It was like finding a treasure trove in the middle of the bush. Thank you so much for your hospitality and instruction on solving my "wors" dilemma. I was astounded with your knowledge and expertise on the subject, but in hindsight I should have known you were the "Sausage Don". As I said on the night, you have inspired me to re-try wors making and this time I'm going to think and care for the sausage.

I met Alex at Kings Heath Farmers Market this Saturday and his advice and generosity were outstanding. The sausages were divine, olives taste delicious (I keep eating them like sweets) and truffle oil a real treat. Thanks so much for allowing me to see food in a different light.

Our new sausages from Squisito Deli are incredible, our breakfast sausage sandwich is seriously, gleefully good. One of our baristas almost cried. Seriously, that good...
