Thank you very much for a very interesting and educational day yesterday. Both Will and I enjoyed the day very much. We came away much enthused with lots of idea's. Especially Will who will take yesterdays experience and apply it too his future career. Thanks also for the take home food. Debbie enjoyed the gravalax and claimed it was the best she had tasted. We are looking forward to cooking and eating the pieces over the next couple of weeks. Many thanks again for a great day.
