I was watching James Martin's cookery program on Monday March3 and Micael was on talking about the mill very interesting, as I make all my own bread and eat organinc food I thought I would give itn a whirl. We use Stoates flour for our bread that we sell at farmer's markets and in our bakery school. We use Stoates flour because it is superior to anything else we can get locally and it makes the best bread !!
