Inspired by a Classic New Zealand recipe. Paul Robinson is one of our farmers from the Vale of Belvoir. He supplies us with traditionally reared beef, which we layer with mature cheddar cheese. This rich and tasty filling is encased in short crust butter pastry made with specially blended flour and glazed with free-range eggs from Windy Ridge Farm.
2 x Moroccan Lamb Pies
Tender pieces of matured mutton slowly cooked to an authentic North African recipe, encased in shortcrust butter pastry. Topped with a free-range egg glaze.
2 x Creme de la Hen Pies
Succulent pieces of free-range Sasso chicken from Highwood Farm in Nottinghamshire, in a creamy sauce, encased in shortcrust butter pastry. Topped with a free-range egg glaze.
