Deliciously spiced and tangy Masala made with Turmeric, Lemon & Mustard seed to jazz up your Bombay Aloo dish. Also perfect with meats, mash, cauliflower or mixed vegetable and potato curry.

Ingredients: Tomato, Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Juice, Mustard Seed, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Chilli, Salt

Instructions: Heat Pan and add Achari Curry Sauce. Add 600g of cooked or uncooked Meat, Chicken, Seafood or Vegetables of your choice and simmer until products are cooked through. Add water if necessary to the consistency of gravy required. For Bombay Aloo, add 35g of sauce to 90g of boiled potato and mix thoroughly.
