This sausage is made up from a recipe dating back to the early 1950's from a butcher in the Yorkshire Dales.
It includes mace, nutmeg, ground coriander and pepper.

This sausage makes the perfect breakfast sausage and leaves real pepper kick that on the palate.

A traditional Sausage, made using our own Slow Grown, Free range, Rare Breed Pork.
