It was created using lots of locally sourced botanicals, including Kentish lavender, apples, blackberries, hops, cobnuts and roasted chestnuts. Alongside the classic flavours of peppery juniper and earthy cardamom, there’s a wonderful nuttiness and then the gin transports your taste buds to the rolling lavender fields and verdant orchards of the Garden of England. It makes a delicious gin and tonic garnished with a slice of crunchy apple and a few frozen blackberries.
