Tarka Karahi is more a style of cooking. The word Karahi can be translated as “bucket” and is basically has the shape of a Chinese wok but with 2 small round handles on either side of the pan instead of one long handle. Our Tarka Karahi comes to life when our Magic Tarka Sauce and Spice Blend bring layers of spice that are bursting with a medium heat of spice to perfectly compliment Chicken, Lamb, Veggies or Paneer. Just like us if you love a Karahi but prefer it hotter why not add a chilli or two!
