Clifton Hampden Set Honey

Sold by: Busby's Bees

Clifton Hampden Honey comes from a number of hives in the village of Clifton Hampden Oxfordshire, and due to the bees foraging among the hedgerows collecting nectar from Elderflower, Blackberries, reships, Wild Nuts and Thistles, this honey has a sweeter taste. Set honey has a sweeter taste that runny honey due to the fructose turning to sugar.

All of our honey is "raw", in that it comes straight from the hive, is filtered and then bottled
