Milton Set Honey

Milton Village Honey comes from hives in the village of Milton near Abingdon Oxfordshire, and due to the bees foraging among the hedgerows collecting nectar from Elderflower, Blackberries, reships, Wild Nuts and Thistles, this honey has a sweeter taste, this honey also has allot of sunflower nectar. Runny honey is not as sweet taste as set honey due to not all of the fructose has turned to sugar yet.

All of our honey is "raw", in that it comes straight from the hive, is filtered and then bottled
