INGREDIENTS
Pheasant (42.6%), Wine (Sulphites), Onions, Carrots, Puckett’s Pickles Redcurrant Jelly (redcurrants, sugar, port (Sulphites)), Garlic, Potato Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Thyme, Cloves, Bay Leaf, Salt & Pepper

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
COOK FROM FROZEN :
Pre-heat oven to (190°C / 170°C FAN / GAS MARK 5). Remove lid & film. Place existing dish on a baking tray and heat for approximately 45 minutes until piping hot through … please remember not all ovens are created equal!
To Microwave piece film and heat on full power for 12 minutes, stirring half way through.
Do not reheat

SERVE WITH ....
..buttered new potatoes and your favourite vegetables. Or garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and accompany with creamy mashed potato or cauliflower or a hearty hunk of baguette. Finish with a crisp green salad or veg and a glass of red.
