Droitwich Salted Caramel is made by #nom in collaboration with Churchfields Saltworks. This is the same salted caramel used in #nom’s award-winning salted caramel flapjack.
INGREDIENTS
Sugar, DOUBLE CREAM, BUTTER, Water, Droitwich Salt. Allergens shown in CAPITALS. May contain Celery, Cereals containing gluten, Eggs, Fish, Mustard, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Soy.
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within three days.

Droitwich Salt is sourced from one of the oldest and purest brine springs in the world. These brine springs have naturally existed beneath Droitwich Spa for millions of years. The salt is harvested by hand at Churchfields Saltworks where the gentle process of crystallising the natural brine to pure salt is done using renewable energy.
#nom is a small partner-ran business founded in 2017. They create a range of sweet baked goods for occasions, events and wholesale including cakes, tarts, cookies and brownies.
