Our Extra Virgin olive oil from Catalonia Spain is cold pressed and unfiltered in the local co-operative press. With Grassy notes and bold flavour it is ideal for dressings along with cooking at lower temperatures.
I use this oil for gently sautéing onions and garlic as a base for many Italian and Indian dishes along with roasting potatoes up to 175 Centigrade.
The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is the highest grade produced that has been aged less than seven year. Deep rich taste from being aged in wooden casks this superb vinegar is suitable for cooking with and creating dressings. It has been produced by the same family for many many generations
Red Wine Vinegar of Modena that has been infused with Morello cherry by craftsman who understand great products take time. This is not a synthetic flavouring which is so common with other producers. Each Batch is infused with 100kg of Morello Cherry and left for a minimum of 9 months. A real delightful alternative to red wine vinegar and marvellous to cook with
