1* 2017 Award winning Herefordshire Cider and Apple Cured Salmon is our take on gravalax. This sweet and salty salmon is completely hand produced. Using traditional gravalax methods, the salmon cures in our unique recipe cure-mix for 7 to 10 days, then its topped with our secret recipe apple & dill powder then "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand. Our responsibly sourced Scottish salmon is treated with utmost care to maintain its delicate texture and glossy appearance. The sweetness of the apple married with the firmness created by using cider in the cure makes this the perfect starter, canape or sandwich filling. One side of salmon weighs 1kg and will provide generous and delicious servings for up to 20 people depending on portion size.
This product is Sliced and ready to serve. This product can be frozen.
