That garlic, that Hickory wood - together? OOOOOOOOOO yes... subtle and smokey and lushious. We hand smoke our garlic for 15 hours at a very low temperature to maximise flavour... we also take the outer layers of skin off leaving the cloves in skin to protect and ensure maximum flavour distribution in to the heart of the cloves.

Ingredients: 100% british grown garlic and some Hickory wood smoke
