Unit: 9cm plant pot
Height : 50cm, Spread : 1m +
The large coarse leaves look like giant dockens, but when crushed smell strongly of horseradish. The roots can spread, so unless you can eat them faster than they can multiply, it may be wise to plant it in a large pot or bin sunk into the ground
Prefers rich moist soil, but will grow in most sites.
The roots can be grated and mixed with salt, pepper and cream to make horseradish sauce - you’ll never eat shop bought sauce again!
