Hot Smoked Salmon Fillet 180-220g Vacuum Packs
Supplied as 4 individualy packed portions these are probably our most popular products. They are sold across the country and we supply traditional or a range of flavour options.
Made using superior grade Salmon sourced fom Scotland or Norway our Salmon portions are a bit of an indulgence, we prepare the fish and fillet it off from 4-5 Kilo fish carefully removing the bones, we then brine using an organic mineral Salt before hot smokng using pure Oak from hetford forest.
This is a succulent fish rich in Omega 3 oils when smoked slowly full of flavour and character. we aim to supply about 200 gram individual portions but all are cut by hand so they will be between 180 and 220 grams each, still enough for a hearty and tasty meal.
These products are available in portions or as whole sides, they are prepred and cooked by us as fresh prducts so can be home frozen but we do not supply these frozen directly.
