Paul Robinson is one of our farmers from the Vale of Belvoir.
He supplies us with traditionally reared beef,
which we layer with mature cheddar cheese.
This rich and tasty filling is encased in short crust butter pastry
made with locally milled flour and glazed with free-range eggs
from Windy Ridge Farm. Ingredients: Beef (35%), Wheat Flour, Shortening (Vegetable Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Butter (Milk), Onions, Wheat flour, Mature Cheddar cheese (Milk), Tomato Puree, Garlic Puree, Mixed Herbs, Cornflour, Colouring: Caramel, Salt, pepper & Egg.
