The most popular and traditional of all cooking apples. The Bramley apple seed was originally sewn in Southwell in Nottinghamshire in 1834 only 7 miles from our bakery. Bramley apple is used extensively in baking and it combines with other fruits to make beautiful combinations. This particular pie, uses the bramley apples together with diced apricots to achieve a rather special flavour combination. All brought together and encased in our famously special shortcrust pastry.

Warming Guidelines
This wonderful pie can be eaten hot or cold, defrost the pie overnight in your fridge, and warm through in the oven (180oC/Gas mark 4 for 12-17 mins, 190oC Non Fan assisted). Pour over some warm custard or add whipped cream or ice cream to make delicious sweet treat! yes
Microwave
Although our pies "can" be microwaved (remove foil for extra safety) we dont recomend this as it will cause the pastry to become too soft and will ruin the texture, for best results heat in a conventional oven for the times and temperatures given above.

The product will be delivered to your door frozen ready for you to put into the freezer.
