2.0kg approx Fore rib joint on bone or two big steaks, 0.5kg approx Fillet - 2 steaks or small joint, 1.0kg approx Thick Flank joint (or cut for sandwich steaks), 1.0kg approx Silverside joint, 1.0kg approx rump joint (or cut for steaks), 2.0kg approx Sirloin joint on bone (or cut for steaks), 1.75kg approx Brisket B & R joint, 1.75kg Topside joint, 2.0kg Braising steak, 2.0kg Diced meat, 4kg Minced beef
