Simon’s Marmalade Shortbread made with Simon’s Marmalade conveys a gentle flavour of marmalade and is a crisp, light shortbread that literally melts in your mouth. It is equally scrumptious with morning coffee or afternoon tea.  Carefully made in small batches, by hand in our kitchen at home, very slightly altering our 30 year old recipe with the addition of marmalade.
