a little on the prawns and baste in a little butter before grilling over the BBQ coals.

Spice Spice Baby as the name suggests has a bit of spice, well... more than just a bit. We like to use this rub as a base to Buffalo wings or mixed as a compound butter to use on steaks/corn on the cob.
Smoked Club tip: create a compound butter by mixing two teaspoons of
our seasoning with 25g of butter. Great for Steaks!
