An artisan gin, 40% Vol (70cl), distilled in small batches with 8 exotic botanicals, fresh strawberries & mint. Made with Norfolk water harvested here on the farm from the aquifer rocks around 20m deep beneath the surface, filtered, purified and ready for distillation.

TASTING NOTES:
A distinctive smooth sipping Gin with a spicy juniper as it opens, a strawberry middle and a mint undertone finish. Can be enjoyed neat, over ice or with a premium tonic to ignite the strawberries full potential.
