Tayberry is a hybrid fruit of blackberry and raspberry and produces a lovely rich red jam that is not quite as sweet as raspberry, but it does contain pips. This very popular preserve is not widely available and we buy the fruit from a local grower in Sussex when it is in season during early July. We have this in stock, but when it is gone, it is gone .... until next year!
