The Blonde Sauce is made with the same base blend of herbs and spices as the Green Sauce, minus the basil. More appropriate for white flesh and other high protein foods.
How do I use it?
Rub it onto your fish pre-BBQ and marvel at how it transforms the flavour. Try it with a dollop in your seafood salad or fish in "papillose" and impress your guests.
After opening, store in dry, cool place (fridge). We use no artificial or added preservatives, so we recommend keeping the sauce covered with a little layer oil to keep it nice and fresh. Use within 2 weeks of opening (however we reckon it will be eaten by then!)
