Rupert Harker from Blackberry supplies us with traditionally reared beef which we mince and cook with English potatoes creating this Northern classic. The tasty filling is encased in shortcrust butter pastry made with locally milled flour and glazed with a free-range eggs from Windy Ridge Farm.
Ingredients: Beef (30%), Potatoes (20%), Water, Wheat Flour, Shortening (Vegetable Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Butter (Milk), Onions, Tomato Puree, Mixed Herbs, Garlic Puree, Cornflour, Colouring: Caramel, Salt, Pepper, Egg.
