I have de-constructed The Samosa, into a 'Mouth Watering Home Made Stuffed to The Brim Pie' They are yummy and can be eaten with; Coconut masala sauce and yoghurt mint dip. They are stuffed to the brim, and enough for two, if you have a bigger appetite then don't share. Eaten Hot or Cold, to warm up; pop into pre-heated oven for 12mins approx (4/160) in the meantime get TV Tray or Dinner Table ready to munch down. NO GRAINS, SEEDS OR GARLIC ARE USED IN MY PIES.
