Large pie, serves 3-4. Suitable for home freezing. 

Rupert Harker from Blackberry Farm supplies us with traditionally reared beef. We casserole the beef with sliced mushrooms, in Ale from the Grainstore Brewery. Encased in short crust butter pastry, made with locally milled flour, glazed with free range eggs from Windy Ridge Farm.

Ingredients: Beef (35%), Ale (21%), Wheat Flour, Butter (Milk), Shortening (Vegetable Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Water, Onion, Mushrooms, Carrot, Tomato Puree, Colouring: Caramel, Cornflour, Garlic Puree, Mixed Herbs, Salt, Pepper, Egg.
