There's nothing quite like the flavour of Wild Raspberry Jam - a slightly sharper, more intense fruity flavour than cultivated raspberries. These fruit are picked from the edge of the forest around our farm, so they are foraged and not certified organic, although we still use organic sugar in the recipe.

Ingredients : wild raspberries, unrefined organic sugar.

NB. Made using wild fruit, this preserve is not organic.
