Curried Eggs

Make butter hot in saucepan 
Add curry powder, flour, and salt, and stir for 1 minute
Add milk, stir till boiling, and cook 3 minutes, add lemon juice
Shell the eggs. cut lengthways into quarters, put into curry sauce and stand at side heat for 15 minutes. It must not boil
Serve hot on rice or buttered toast
