Mix the salad leaves with the herbs and arrange in a side dish. Finely chop the chilli and celery and arrange on the top of the salad with the pine nuts. Grate the ginger and garlic and mix with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar .
Slice the zucchini finely and steam for a moment or two until softened. Heat the pan and add a little olive oil, when the oil is hot add the tuna steak and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until just cooked. Pile the zucchini on a platter, place the tuna on top and serve with the salad on the side, add the dressing just before serving.
