Lamb Burgers

Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl.

Place mixture in refridgerator for 1 hour.

Mould tennis ball-sized handfuls of the mixture into large burgers.

Cook on the barbeque or grill for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked.
