Yogurt with Berry Compote

  1. Put the berries, orange juice and honey into a saucepan and gently cook 1-2 minutes until the berries just start to soften. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.

  2. Divide one-third of the berry mixture between 4 glasses and top with half of the yoghurt and muesli, repeat the layers and chill until ready to serve.
