Okay, I have tried the sausages and the steak now - one word describes the experience - YUMMY ! The sausages were full of flavour and the ribeye steaks were beautifully marbled and hung. The meat was tender and tasty, in fact, I preferred these ribeye steaks to the the last fillet steak I had and thats saying something ! Well done all, Ps. The double yoker eggs are good too !

Spoke to the butcher and as a result bought some sausages and topside. Topside was very tasty, flavours were amazing and it was very tender. Have yet to try the sausages !
