A Good Pinch Of Salt
1) Place The Zorbit® In A Bowl And Gradually Add The Absinthe, It Will Form A Light Powder
2) Prepare Candyfloss Using A Machine Or Use Shop Bought
3) Sprinkle The Candyfloss With The Absinthe Powder And A Little Tarragon Sugar

Truffle Oil Powder Using Zorbit® Served With Grilled Lettuce And Smoked Yoghurt
