I am sure millions of mouth’s watered as Nigel, Simon and the team tasted this weeks culinary masterpiece; Spiced roast lamb with pumpkin and saltanas.
To make the dish sound even better Nigel included how he had found the lamb using the BigBarn website and MarketPlace to buy a Texel that was hung and carefully butchered by the Lambman.
